HOW NORB BEGAN...
What started as a journey to develop a white LED grow light for our Hortech and LiveWall® line of plant products led us to a discovery: light doesn’t just affect plant growth, it profoundly influences humans.
As biologists, we saw an opportunity to create lighting designed around the biology of light, and Norb Lighting was born.
Our bodies are naturally synchronized to the sun’s changing spectrum. Morning light supports alertness and focus, midday light energizes us, and evening light helps us relax and prepare for sleep. But most artificial light doesn’t mimic natural sunlight. This disconnect, coined “biological darkness”, can affect how we feel, focus, work, and sleep.
Norb offers a solution... With LED technology, we can choose specific wavelengths to create light that reflects the sun’s natural spectrum.
Norb® Wellness Lighting provides the right type of light nutrition for better working, learning, and living. It’s light changing.™
